The VisionBoard is provided free of charge and with no obligation to purchase further services.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Service is intended for residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older. 2.2. By using this funnel, you represent that you have the legal authority to request design ideas for the property mentioned in your inquiry.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content, designs, images, and branding provided within the VisionBoard and on this website are the intellectual property of Ethos Landscape Design. 3.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the VisionBoard for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, redistribute, or claim the designs as your own work. 3.3. Any bespoke designs created after a formal consultation will be subject to a separate Design Agreement regarding copyright and ownership.

4. Accuracy of Information

4.1. The quality and relevance of the VisionBoard depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide in the quiz. 4.2. While we strive to provide professional design inspiration, we do not guarantee that the plants or materials suggested will be suitable for your specific soil type, micro-climate, or structural requirements without a formal on-site assessment.

5.1. By submitting your details and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive:
